SENIORS SCHEDULE

Mondays & Wednesdays : 16.00-18.00
Tuesdays & Thursdays : 18.00-20.00
Fridays : 16.00-17.30
Saturdays : 10.00-12.00

Training can be either gym training or technique training, depending on the programme.
