The Institutional Forum is an inclusive and representative statutory structure that advises the University Council on the implementation of higher education policy and issues pertaining to employment equity, mediation, procedure for the resolution of disputes and the formulation of policy for fostering a culture of tolerance and respect for basic human rights, among other things.
