Miss Tshuma obtained a BA Hons degree from the University of Zimbabwe (2007) and spent a few years in freelance publishing and editing. She then enrolled for a BA Hons and subsequently an MA in Publishing Studies both completed between 2019 and 2021 at the University of the Witwatersrand on a Merit Award. She has worked in different publishing houses offering educational, scholarly and trade publishing. She brings in an interest in publishing Afrocentric children’s literature. She is currently working as an Assistant Lecturer in the publishing department and is enrolled as a PhD student in the department.
