Dr Rudolph Oosthuizen appointed as Technical Officer of the South Africa Chapter of INCOSE.

Prof Elma van der Lingen, Chair Graduate School of Technology Management, would like to congratulate Dr Rudolph Oosthuizen on his appointment as Technical Officer of the South Africa Chapter of INCOSE.

As a volunteer organization, INCOSE depends on the time, effort and leadership graciously contributed by individuals like Dr Oosthuizen to make its programmes a success. In this new position of Technical Officer, Dr Oosthuizen’s knowledge and experience will contribute in developing systems engineering within South Africa.
