How do I join the UP Alumni Connect Platform?

  1. Go to www.upalumniconnect.com and click on “Get started”
  2. Sign up using LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, or your Email address.
  3. The team will verify that you are an alumnus/alumna/UP employee and approve you within 3 days.
  4. Sign in and enjoy the benefits.

How do I download the UP Alumni Connect app?

  1. Go to App Store or Play Store
  2. Search "Graduway Community"
  3. Install the app
  4. Select "University of Pretoria" as your institution
  5. Register or Login

What does UP Alumni Connect Platform offer to alumni?

  • Reconnect with fellow alumni and renew old friendships by searching for people based on location, residence, faculty, interest groups, industry affiliation, etc., and sending them messages.
  • Build professional networks by finding graduates in the same profession, industry, company, or location.
  • Serve as a mentor and share expertise with other graduates or students seeking mentors. Find suitable mentors based on industry, experience, location, etc.
  • Search for jobs requiring a university degree or post job advertisements to graduates.
  • Post events and send invitations to a targeted audience or receive invitations to events to build personal and professional networks.
