Module content | The purpose of this module is to introduce the students to a skillset that allows them to bridge the gap between business and engineering and thrive in today's dynamic business landscape. Themes include strategy formulation and analysis (e.g. Porter’s five Forces, Blue Ocean Strategy, Scenario Planning), business model design, service design, financial feasibility, business planning, iterative design and prototyping, and operational excellence. Through engaging case studies and projects, students will not only develop an entrepreneurial mindset but also gain the ability to apply theoretical concepts to solve real-world challenges. |
