  2. Merchandise Marks Act 17 of 1941
  3. Counterfeit Goods Act 37 of 1997
  4. Relationship between registered trade marks and unregistered trade marks
  5.  Branding and trade marks
  6. Advertising and trade marks
  7. Compliance with international instruments
  8. Trademark-related international instruments
  9. Compliance with international instruments
  10. Capita selecta including: registrability and validity; infringement; amendment or correction
  11. Civil remedies for the infringement of intellectual property rights
  12. Criminal remedies for the infringement of intellectual property rights
