OPTION 3: 3x per week


Includes: 

Tennis: 4 Game based sessions per week (approx 2 hrs per session, morning or afternoon only)
Individual lessons will be conducted within the tennis time allocated on an ad-hoc basis when the coach or player deems this type of session necessary.

Strength and Conditioning: 2 Sessions per week

Sport Science testing: 2x per year

Group video Analysis

No gym membership, only fitness at the gym

Academy clothing: Top Branded T-shirts, Long sleeve T, Hoodie, Shorts. 
This is a once-off fee on your first invoice of R2500.
