Mr Anthony Bizos is a final-year DPhil student in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Pretoria. He holds a BA(Hons) and an MA (with distinction) degree in
International Relations from the University of the Witwatersrand, and an MA degree in International Relations from the University of Sussex in Brighton, England. In addition, he has studied at the Methods Institute at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). As of 1 October 2014, Mr Bizos will be a visiting fellow at the Centre for the Study of International Relations (CERI) at the Paris Institute of Political Science (SciencesPo) in France. Mr Bizos is a contract lecturer at the Diplomatic Academy of the South African Department of International Relations and Co-operation (DIRCO) and an associate researcher at the South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA). He is also the head of the International Affairs cluster of the Progressive Professionals Forum (PPF).
