Course fee

A fee of R2 200 per learner must accompany your application. We can only accommodate a limited number of learners. Should capacity be reached before the closing date, your money will be refunded.

 

Enrolment fee can be deposited at the bank, electronically (internet), or at the Client Service Centre (CSC) at the Hatfield campus.

Your proof of payment may be emailed, faxed, scanned or handed in personally to the address stated below. It must reach us before the closing date.

Cancellations and refunds

Only written cancellations will be accepted and a 10% admin fee will be charged. 50% of the total fee will be deducted if bookings are cancelled less than one week prior to the commencement of the event.
Full refund (without charges) if paid and space is not available.

Registration and welcoming

You will receive an email for confirmation as soon as your application has been received. Applicants are required to make payments to confirm their registration. You will receive an email and sms with the final venue and time to sign in two weeks prior to the commencement of the event.

 

Parents are responsible for transport to and from the University of Pretoria. ALL LEARNERS must please report at the residences as per sms where they will check-in. The learners will receive name tags, room keys, beddings and will be allocated to a group leader. Programmes will also be handed out at registration.
