Prescribed and recommended textbooks data required for first semester 2019

The Department of Library Services appeals to academic staff to enter the data for all prescribed and recommended books for the first semester 2019 in the Nevada database. http://www.nevada-cloud.com/

The database is open until 28 September 2018. Once the list has lapsed it will be available to publishers, booksellers and the Library.

Please note the following:

Prescribed titles are books that students need to buy and therefore this information will be sent to the bookshops.

Recommended books will however be made available in the library. Please note that the bookshops will not receive this information.

It is strongly recommended that e-books should be kept in consideration for ordering as it can be prescribed, in line with the University’s and the Library’s e-strategy.

Please note the due date is 28 September. Please adhere to this date as late applications run the risk of not being available in the bookstores.
