Student Recruitment, Enrolment and Financial Aid (SREFinAid)

This Division is responsible for a variety of functions to help the prospective student, registered students and their parents to experience seamless integration between information, application, admission and selection, residence placement and financial aid provision.

The Student Recruitment team is responsible for the undergraduate recruitment of specific students and interacts with various schools, learners, parents and organisations, and also work very closely with Faculties in their individualised recruitment initiatives.

The JuniorTukkie office as part of the Student Recruitment team is responsible for a variety of services and functions that are focused on the needs of the individual top achievers. This includes information, academic, relationship building and financial support from Grade 10 through to graduation, as well as afterwards through the JuniorTukkie Alumni Society.

The Enrolment Division is responsible for a variety of functions. However, some of the key ones are the application, admission and selection coordination, as well as the communication (letters) in close collaboration with Faculties.

The Financial Aid Division is responsible to use financial aid in helping the University of Pretoria reach it's strategic objectives, especially in administering funds to assist identified students to further their academic career at UP.
