The Department focuses on teaching, research and community service delivery. Our teaching methods compare well with the best in the country leading to national accreditations with SACPCMP,SACQSP and SACPV as well as international accreditations with RICS and CIOB. The international accreditation enabling employment opportunities for our students abroad.

A major increase in postgraduate studies has been experienced over the past decade, indicating progress in research. This Department has made a major contribution to the industry by delivering various training courses to candidates.The Department claims that our clients, the students are always first and therefore have a special involvement with our students.
