FROM END OF JUNE –

Start working on a proposal, project and find a supervisor

If not on campus, send a CV and submit to Director of CFES for approval.

Once a month an academic board meeting evaluate proposals for approval.

Once approved, you can proceed with project, start ethics application (online)

Remind supervisor to submit title registration.

BEFORE SUBMISSION

Kindly inform Student Administration at least 3 months before you submit, in writing (e-mail or fax), of your intention to do so)

Email should include your: surname, title of your dissertation of thesis and the name of supervisor and or co-supervisor/s (where applicable)

SUBMISSION DATES – EXAMINATION COPIES

The formal submission dates are 30 April (for the Spring graduation ceremony) and 30 August (for the Autumn graduation ceremony) annually.

TITLE

No dissertation/thesis will be accepted if the title, wherever it appears, differs in any way from the title approved by the Postgraduate Studies Committee (PGSC).

This included puntuation and upper- and lower-case words.
