The health and wellbeing of staff is one of the University's highest priorities. UP management maintains that ‘Wellbeing’ refers to 'feeling good' and 'functioning well' - both physically and emotionally. Positive well-being enables an employee to flourish and achieve their full potential for the benefit of themselves and the University.
As the staff’s health and well-being is of great importance to the University of Pretoria, its management made available the Employee Well-Being Programme at UP ([email protected]). This programme consists of EAP and Wellness services and is centrally managed by [email protected] on the Hatfield campus.
