Docendo outreach to Irene Middle School

On the 16th of March 2019, Docendo in collaboration with Maritsa's Educational Corner went to Irene Middle School to donate stationery and educational books to the Foundation phase learner (Gr R - Gr3). This school in Centurion caters for children from domestic and farm workers in the area and was in need for extra resources for the children. 

We spent about two weeks collecting stationary from our members at our offices. And on the morning of the 16th myself Ayresia, Amy, Sune and Maritsa went to the school and gave the donation to Miss Eva who is the Head of department for the foundation phase. It was fun to see how excited the learners were to see the things we brought. What impressed us, was how friendly the learners and staff were. It was really good experience.
