Deadline for submission of electronic theses/dissertations is 8 February

Please take note of the following to successfully submit your electronic thesis/dissertation to the library for the April 2023 graduation:

To graduate, all postgraduate students must:

Upload final approved thesis/dissertation on UPSpace
Upload processed thesis/dissertation research data approved by the supervisor in the UP Research Data Repository (Figshare)

What to submit to the Library?

Thesis approval/submission form in PDF (signed by the student and the supervisor)
UPSpace handle/link (link is generated after submitting the final approved thesis/dissertation on UPSpace)
The Digital Object Identifier (DOI) (generated after uploading thesis research data of the final approved thesis on Figshare. Example of the DOI: https://doi.org/10.25403/UPresearchdata.20227740.v1
Send the above to [email protected], and [email protected] not later than 8 February 2023
