Bsc (Hons) Food Science (Distinction)

I completed my honors degree in Food Science in 2020 at the University of Pretoria. My research project focused on the physiochemical and sensory properties of mageu made from sorghum and maize. I worked under the supervision of Professor E Kayitesi.

In this time, I learnt about the application side of my degree and it has allowed me to have a better understanding of the food science industry. Currently, I remain enthusiastic to explore and be in the front line in finding more strategies to improve food security for the community and the world.
