BSc (Hons) Food Science

I completed my BSc Degree in Food Science (2018) and completed my Honours degree under the supervision of Dr Nwabisa Mehlomakulu. My research was focused on the effect of fermentation on the phenolic content, antioxidant properties and bioaccessibility of phenolics in Moringa oleifera lam leaves. This included both controlled and spontaneous fermentation.

I am currently employed at Nestlé in their graduate program. Which has seen me moved to the chocolate factory in East London. Where I have been made a team lead on two of the production lines.
