PROJECT: Upgrade of the existing Heating, Ventilation and Air Condition system (HVAC)
We are pleased to inform you that we have concluded all the necessary planning and procurement processes associated with the proposed refurbishment of the HVAC system for the existing UP-IT building.
The scope of the project is to perform a complete refurbishment of the HVAC system back to 100% functionality and implement controls upgrades, so that the building functions optimally and in line with current best practice.
The project may from time to time cause inconvenience. We we apologise for this in advance.
Construction Period
Planned start date: 1 March 2019
Planned practical completion date: 28 October 2019
