The South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP), in partnership with MidCity Property Group, has initiated an industry exposure programme for Real Estate graduates from the Department of Construction Economics, University of Pretoria. The UP students who have enrolled for this mentorship programme are Katlego Katana, Lethabo Kgwale, Ofilwe Sebola, Selokoane Selatile, Fatima Mokoena and Mmaselaelo Mohlala.

The mentorship programme is exploring ways in which students can be better equipped with skills to enable them to grow in the industry.  This programme focus on getting to know these students in order to determine their level of knowledge and understanding of the property industry as well as their interest and inspiration.  The aim of the mentorship programme is to ensure students remain motivated so that personal career growth is assured and students feel inspired to contribute to the industry.
