Matthew Corris-Nordengen dreams of tri-athlon stardom. In October 2020 eNCA news interviewed the young athlete and reported that Matthew comes from a family of high achievers in sport and education. Matthew has always excelled in sport since junior school and only took up tri-athlon when he was 17 years old. He told eNCA that since he took up tri-athlon it has become his passion and a sport he loves doing every day.
Matthew is currently a first year student at the University of Pretoria studying Quantity Surveying. His hopes and aspirations are to make his mark in tri-athlon locally and internationally but also to complete his degree successfully. The Department of Construction Economics is proud to have such a talented student and wish him all the best.
