Dr. Justin GraceBVSc Resident in Veterinary Anaesthesiology |
Dr. Justin Grace graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2016. Thereafter he completed his compulsory community service based with Gauteng Veterinary Services, focusing on primary animal care. Dr. Grace was accepted into a residency (MMedVet) in Veterinary Anaesthesiology in 2018. He is involved with the training of veterinary and para-veterinary students in their final year. He is also concurrently enrolled as a resident with the European College of Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia (ECVAA).
Dr. Grace is currently working on his MMedVet degree with a focus on wildlife anaesthesiology. The aim of his project is compare immobilisation and cardiopulmonary effects of etorphine-azaperone and etorphine-midazolam in African buffalo. His main focus areas are African wildlife and marine anaesthesia.
