The Association for Southern African Professional Archaeologists (ASAPA) is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation that exists for the purpose of establishing, maintaining and promoting archaeology in Southern Africa. The ASAPA biennial conference is the largest meeting of archaeologists working in southern Africa and will feature papers from lcoal as well as international speakers.
