The ALLI is committed to developing a new generation of leaders in support of a just environment and society. The Faculty of Economic Management Sciences through ALLI presents the PhD in Leadership. This degree aims to develop a cadre of PhDs with a comprehensive understanding of the emerging field of leadership as a trans-disciplinary discourse as it relates to the management and sustainability of the planet’s socio-ecological systems. Upon completion, graduates will be prepared to conduct research and teach in institutions of higher learning, or effect a change in the world of practice.
