Individual membership is open to individuals working in the field of History education in Africa, including senior and early-career scholars, educators from primary, secondary and higher education, curriculum developers, textbook authors, teacher trainers, and educational staff in cultural institutions

Institutional membership is open to local, national, regional and supra-regional legal entities working in the field of History education in Africa

International partnerships are open to universities, research institutes, NGOs, IOs, and donors from around the world who are committed to cooperating with and supporting AHE-Afrika
