The Faculty of Law at the University of Pretoria announces with pride that a Doctor of Laws degree was bestowed upon Tronel Joubert, a senior lecturer in its Department of Mercantile Law. The degree will be formally awarded on 31 October 2018.
Dr Joubert's doctorate thesis was supervised by Prof Anneli Loubser in the Department of Mercantile Law at Unisa. The thesis is titled 'A comparative study of the effects of liquidation or business rescue proceedings on the rights of the employees of a company'.
