YG uses student data to develop a predictive model of academic progress. This model uses student’s academic history, course history, current assessment weights and outputs, and demographic data to provide a remediation plan. It adds efficiency to the administration of student bursaries, loans and sponsorships through consolidated invoicing, reconciliation of student’s expenses across institutions, and maintaining up-to-date records of student demographic data.

Events and event organizers will no longer deal with the pressure of finding suitable quantities, varieties, and eminent vendors to contribute to the success of their event. Vendors registered with Trident Vendor Agency receive monthly invites to events in their respective region. It is then up to them to choose the perfect event based on their needs. Campus Carpool Janus van Zijl		Campus Carpool is an online platform that intends to reduce traffic and parking problems around campus by enabling students to create functioning carpool groups based on various characteristics that they provide.
Tribal Key Innovations Reitumetse Matlhare		Tribal Key Innovations is a company which aims to provide clean ways to create electricity. We do this by making use of kinetic tiles and we will explore other green energy sources such as solar power and hydrogen fuel cells. We will take on projects to test our technology, and one of the projects is to create mobile charging stations for public use.
NeuroCorp-Fitness Prince Tshweu		Prince Tshweu is a medical devotee, entrepreneur, musician and leader. A team player and an optimist at heart. He is a final year BSc Medical Sciences student at the University of Pretoria and has come to take a special interest in the world of business & entrepreneurship. To date, he has co-founded 2 private companies that function in economic sectors such as communications, retail and personal services to name a few. He aims to take the country by storm, with innovative solutions that improve the quality of life and standard of living of fellow South Africans, in a sustainable way.
Phakama Mmakgatla Rasetsoke		Phakama is a subscription box service founded by Mmakgatla Rasetsoke who is a first-year medical student. Phakama aims to provide a do-it-yourself route in terms of hair-care which is completely natural, making it suitable for all hair types.
Offcampus Res Norman Masebe		OffcampusRes is the brainchild of Bsc Real Estate student Norman Masebe and the first step in building a property development and services company. It is a real estate listing website dedicated to the exclusive and easy listing and searching of student accommodation inculcating features such as search by university or college, transport routes, Bursary/NFSAS approved properties etc. Revenues are derived from listing fees and advertising of student accommodation developments while searching for parents and students is free and user-friendly.
Ian Strydom		TutCo Tuition is an online platform that links tutors to students. The platform has many layers, and tutors get upskilled and trained to get exposure to new opportunities within TutCo and with TutCo’s corporate partners and clients. The core of TutCo is to help students launch their careers early after graduating with a great skills set, an awesome brand and endorsement on their CV, and the professional skill-set to achieve great things. The items that are produced through 3D printing by Milestone Innovations currently are prosthetics (fingers, lower and upper limbs) as well as pouches (clicker and calculator pouches).
Llog Carmen Riekert		“Llog” aims to be the researcher’s right hand in the lab. This program can be utilized to organise various aspects of research projects, plan and keep a record of experiments, arrange meetings, keep track of stock and orders among other helpful features.
TEKALI		TEKALI is a creative space business which was founded by three innovative engineering students, namely Tebogo, Karlito and Linda; hence TEKALI. This business seeks to break the barriers of conventional township convenience stores (Spaza Shops) by introducing innovation and ingenuity. TEKALI offers high-quality convenience goods at reasonable prices in a renovated urban design freight container.
