YG uses student data to develop a predictive model of academic progress. This model uses student’s academic history, course history, current assessment weights and outputs, and demographic data to provide a remediation plan. It adds efficiency to the administration of student bursaries, loans and sponsorships through consolidated invoicing, reconciliation of student’s expenses across institutions, and maintaining up-to-date records of student demographic data.

It is a real estate listing website dedicated to the exclusive and easy listing and searching of student accommodation inculcating features such as search by university or college, transport routes, Bursary/NFSAS approved properties etc. Revenues are derived from listing fees and advertising of student accommodation developments while searching for parents and students is free and user-friendly.

TutCo Tuition is an online platform that links tutors to students. The platform has many layers, and tutors get upskilled and trained to get exposure to new opportunities within TutCo and with TutCo’s corporate partners and clients. The core of TutCo is to help students launch their careers early after graduating with a great skills set, an awesome brand and endorsement on their CV, and the professional skill-set to achieve great things. TutCo is currently under the aceleration of TuksNovation, and is based on the University of Pretoria campus, in the TuksNovation office suite.

Milestone Innovations is a company that focuses on a variety of sectors in business pertaining innovations, however, with 3D printing being their main focus. The items that are produced through 3D printing by Milestone Innovations currently are prosthetics (fingers, lower and upper limbs) as well as pouches (clicker and calculator pouches).

TEKALI is a creative space business which was founded by three innovative engineering students, namely Tebogo, Karlito and Linda; hence TEKALI. This business seeks to break the barriers of conventional township convenience stores (Spaza Shops) by introducing innovation and ingenuity. TEKALI offers high-quality convenience goods at reasonable prices in a renovated urban design freight container.
