Three TuksTaekwondo athletes make history to represent South Africa in Belgrade

2009 will also be a year of note in South African Taekwondo history as it will be the second time South Africa participates at this prestigious International event. TuksTaekwondo THREE athletes make history to represent South Africa.
 
The Team:

Male: Yu-Feng Wu and Yu-Tai Wu, better know as Gary and Tarry Wu, make history as they are a pair of twins that both managed to qualify for the games. The twins are the first years Sport Science students and hope to attain success in their respective divisions in the Kyoruigi section.

Female: Yentl Krugel is a fourth-year Fine Arts student and makes history in more ways than one as she will be the first athlete to represent South Africa at the Universaide Poomsae Section and her presence at this event marks the first time South Africa has ever entered an athlete into a Poomsae competition.
