ATTENTION - all new 1st year students

Congratulations on being selected to study Speech Language Pathology or Audiology! We are excited to meet you all.

Herewith a reminder of what needs to be done BEFORE you start next week.
1. Register online, you can do so on the following link: http://www.up.ac.za/en/online-registration/article/2398436/new-students

2. Once you have registered you need to get your student card. Student cards will be issued at the registration centre, Hillcrest Sports Campus, Hall 4.You need to get your student cards before the 29/01/2018 or you will not be allowed on Hatfield, main campus on Monday 29/01/2018. 

3. Your first day as first years start on Saturday 27/01. There is a welcome day at the Rembrandt Hall on the UP Hillcrest Sports Campus in South Street, Hatfield, Pretoria.   

4. Orientation week then starts on Monday 29/01 on Hatfiled  Main Campus, you are in group 8. The orientation week program has been updated, find attached updated program.  As you will see there are changes in venue for Tuesday (Changes highlighted in yellow). Make sure you attend these sessions as your official timetable and other administration tasks will be handled during that week.

5. The orientation week is vital to attend as it forms the foundation before official classes start on the 5/02/2018. Even current university students, who will be first year students in this department in 2018, must attend.
