The African Union has betrayed the Somali people by allowing Kenya and Ethiopia to use the AU Force (Amisom) as a cover to dominate the internal political and security affairs of the Somali Republic, writes UP Political Sciences research associate Professor Abdi Samatar in the African Independent.
