The WHO Child Growth Standards

The University of Pretoria and the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa (CMSA) currently advocate the use of the WHO Z-score growth charts. Students should acquaint themselves with these charts. They are available at the WHO website.
Since the WHO does not provide head circumference charts for older children, consider Nellhaus's charts (available from websites 1or 2).

The WHO IMCI Chart Booklet

2008 version, and high HIV settings 2008.
