On the 31st of January 2018, the Mining Department of the University of Pretoria formally welcomed all the First year Mining students. The HOD (Prof Ronny Webber-Youngman) shared useful information about the Department; and they were later taken to the VR (Virtual Reality) Centre where they were exposed to our world class facility.
