Conference Venue and Parking

Take note of areas to park. It is university holidays for the duration of the conference so there will be plenty of parking. Make sure you do not park undercover as these are reserved parking bays. At the university entrance security will direct you to the conference and parking. 

Registration will take place in the Eng I Exhibition hall from 8am on Monday 30 March 2015. The conference will start promptly at 8:45am.

Poster Guidelines

Posters should be A0 size and portrait orientation. Posters must be put up in the Eng I exhibition hall on Tuesday 31 March during the lunch session. The poster session is on the afternoon of the 31st of March (Tuesday). Poster presenters must stand by their posters for the duration of the poster session. Posters must be removed immediately after this session. 

Talk Guidelines

Length: 20 minutes

Questions: 5 minutes

Please ensure your presentation is loaded on the laptop in the venue before or at the start of your session.
