Mrs.  Marietjie Schutte attended and presented at the MIC 2009 (Creativity, Innovation and Management) conference in November 2009. The conference was held in Sousse, Tunisia from 25 to 28 November and the title of her presentation was "Cultivating Knowledge - a Model of Knowledge Flow Elements in Context".

This conference welcomes participants from around the world while the special focus of MIC 2009 was on creativity and innovation that are becoming important conditions for a successful society. The aim of the conference was to present and discuss research that contributes to the sharing of new theoretical, methodological and empirical knowledge, and to a better understanding of management practices, in particular in the field of Creativity, Innovation and Management.
