Kenneth Mabela recently completed his degree in Music at UP. In an interview with EWN’s Marc Lewis, Mabela indicated that it was his dream to represent SA on the international stage. He has been balancing his studies with cricket to ensure he stays in form for the national team. Mabela has been selected to represent Blind Cricket South Africa at the upcoming 2017 World Cup in India. SA will compete alongside teams from Sri Lanka, England, Nepal, Bangladesh, Australia and Pakistan. The UP Disability Unit congratulates Mabela on academic and sporting achievements.
