Do you know what a Data Management Plan is? Come and join us for a workshop on Data Management Plans.

Increasingly, researchers are compelled by funders to submit a data management plan together with their funding applications, however, researchers often do not know where to start. For this reason the Data Intensive Research Initiative of South Africa (DIRISA) has developed an online tool for the creation of Data Management Plans for different funders.

This workshop is particularly geared towards researchers, but other interested persons are also welcome. The first part of the workshop will provide a short overview of what a data management plan is, and what it looks like, followed by a hands-on training session on the SA DMP Tool.

Come and experience this for yourself!
