The Centre, under the auspices of the Department of Public Law, offers an LLM (Medical Law) by research dissertation and the LLD (Medical Law).

The Centre is in the process, in conjunction with the Department of Public Law, to design an LLM (Medical Law) by course work and the MPhil to be implemented in 2014/2015. The MPhil degree is intended to cater for graduates in the Health Sciences without a background in medical law.  It is envisaged that the LLM/MPhil will include a capita selecta of medical ethics, medical negligence litigation, informed consent law, patient confidentiality, telemedicine, genetics, mental health, death and dying, and an analysis of selected health statutes/legislation.
