The Client Service Centre is the manifestation
of the innovative new approach to client service
at UP. We cater for the following clients:
- Students (prospective,under-graduates, post-graduates and international)
- Alumni

- UP staff
- External bursars

Service
Services provided in the CSC include:
- All general enquiries regarding UP
- Residence
- Applications
- Payments
- Study Financing
- Student Accounts
- Student and Personnel Cards
- Parking Discs
- Course Consultation
- Facilitate career placement of students.
The CSC is also responsible for student recruitment
The above services grant the client a consolidated
entrance to the University. Here all services
rendered will fulfil one standard - THE

Operational Hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 08:00 - 16:00
LOCATION: Lynnwood Road entrance,
adjacent to the Human Sciences Building.
