Workshop: Web based instruction
Purpose Outcome	The outcome or purpose of this workshop is to empower attendees with knowledge they can apply when planning,  creating,  designing etc a WBI course.
Target Audience	The target audience are developers, authors, graphic designers and subject matter experts because everyone has a stake in what the program looks like and how well it serves it’s purpose.
Main Topics	The areas that will be discussed are: What is Web-Based Instruction? Is the Web the correct medium for my course? Advantages/Disadvantages of Web-Based Instruction Software (Kinds of Web/HTML authoring tools available) From an instructional designer's perspective, how is Web-Based Instruction different from Interactive Multimedia Instruction? (Johann Fouche) How can an existing course be converted into a Web-Based Instruction module? The Development Process Publish your course on the Web Mistakes to avoid and things to look out for (learn from the experts)
