Although authors are asked whether they wish to
present an oral paper or poster presentation, time constraints may not
accommodate all requests for oral presentation. All abstracts will be refereed and a high standard of content
will be maintained by the editorial board. Abstracts not
conforming to set style and format will be returned to the authors for
revision. Receipt of abstracts will be acknowledged via
e-mail. Electronic submissions must be saved as Microsoft Word
(preferred), WordPerfect, or Rich Text format (.rtf) documents. When
saving the file, omit any line numbering. Please e-mail your abstract
as an attachment. Alternatively delegates may mail a hard
copy of the abstract along with an electronic file on
diskette or CD-ROM. Disks cannot be returned. Label the disk with the
document's complete file name. Also, indicate the format as Microsoft
Word, WordPerfect or Rich Text. No other preparation is required.
Abstracts submitted by fax will not be accepted. Authors will be
required to categorise their abstracts under specific subject areas
listed on the submission form.
The official language of the conference will be
